Sneha is quite homely and has sported a family girl's role in the film. She is in her usual best like her earlier flicks.Brahmanandam has played dual roles in the film and he has elated the audiences with his comedy in the first half. Picturisation of songs is good and all the songs are completely based on melody.

Raja is a young college student who comes from a rather modest background. Senha is his classmate. She is the daughter of a rich man, Kota Srinivasa Rao. Both Raja and Sneha are good at studies and sports too. Their friendship slowly turns into love. At this point, Raja thrashes Raghubabu, brother of Sneha while he is teasing a girl. Raghubabu takes revenge on Raja by beating him up when he comes to his house to attend Sneha's birthday.

Raja is deeply hurt by this insult and he leaves for Hyderabad. But he tells Sneha that he will marry her after convincing her parents. In Hyderabad, Raja moves closely with the daughter of his landlord.

Sneha mistakes this as a breach of trust. She thinks that Raja is cheating on her. She gets ready to marry a boy chosen by her parents, but as in many films, the misunderstanding is cleared in the climax. Raja and Sneha are then united.
