The film opens with Kinathadi Kaali (Ramya Krishnan) establishing her prowess with a couple of sequences. Fast forward to the present era! Priya (Baby Keerthika) is the daughter of an orthodox Brahmin couple (Sangitha and Ramji). Everything is fine in their lives until Priya is possessed by the spirit of Savithri (Kaveri), Sangitha's best friend. Flashback! Savithri and her brother Ganja Karuppa live a simple and lovable life until their evil cousin Nanjappan (Riyaz Khan) ditches and sacrifices Savithri to a black magician Mandiramoorthy (Kadhal Dhandapani). How do the spirits take revenge? Will the good guys triumph over the evil? Watch out in Kutti Pisasu.

Young Keethika has a meaty role to play and she does it with ease. She steals the hearts of viewers with her lovable performance and dancing skills. Ganja Karuppu gets a character role unlike his earlier roles. Kadhal Dhandapani gets an interesting role as a sorcerer to which he has done justice. Ramya Krishnan, Nasser, Riyaz Khan, Kaveri, Sangitha and Ramji have done their parts well. Technically, Kutti Pissasu has some fine special effects. Songs by Deva suit the mood and feel of the film.
