A spineless tale, the story begins with Chatur Singh (Sanjay Dutt) who works with the Mumbai police department. Though he wants to prove himself as the best cop in business, he ends up botching up things and complicates things with his over intelligence. However, he is now handed over the biggest case by the department and Chatur wants to prove all his critics wrong. He goes to South Africa for that and is assisted by Pappu Panther (Suresh Menon). There is also a love track in the form of Sonia (Ameesha). What happens from there forms the rest of the story.
