The movie is a watchable movie and is one of the best female centric movie.Rachana is first seen as a modern girl through this movie. Preethy Panicker has done a great work with the storyline. She had given complete perfect characters and apt cast for the roles. Narration of the movie was good.Music composed by Deepak Dev is also good. The item song Pavada Pennane is already a hit and is the higlight song of the move. Movie’s comic treatment is one of the main entertainment and had worked throughtout the movie.

Rosy (Rachana Narayanankkutty) is a woman of enchanting beauty who sings and dances in a 5 star hotel in the town. She happens to be an eyewitness to a murder that happens in the hotel. What frightens Rosy most is the fact that the culprits identify her. To escape from the influential killers Rosy flees from the town. The resulting events are narrated in ‘Thilothama’. ‘Thilothama’ is a suspense thriller presented in an engaging style.
