Shipping Policy and Processing Times
We base our shipping charges on the value of your order. To make sure you get the fewest shipments possible, we will do our best to ship everything to you at once. If we cant and we need to send you more than one shipment, we will only charge you once for the total value of your order. Here is some other helpful information:

BhavaniDVD strives to process orders for in-stock items within 1 business day of receiving your order. We do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays.

Orders will be processed and shipped pending credit card authorization. Please refer to our Credit Card Authorization and Charge policy below.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping and Destination Policies
Shipping times are approximate and may vary for reasons beyond BHavaniDVDs control.
A business day is Monday through Friday.
Orders shipped via USPS First Class Mail delivery are delivered Monday through Saturday. Sorry, delivery is not available on holidays.

Wrong Shipping Address
We always ship your order to the "Shipping Address" provided in the order. While placing the order, make sure you have selected correct shipping address.
If you have provided wrong shipping address in the order, you should contact us by email (sales@bhavaniDVD.com) before we ship your order and provide us the correct shipping address. Once your order is shipped and picked by up post office, we do not have any control over the package. If you have provided wrong shipping address in the order and the package was shipped to the wrong address, you can contact post office using the tracking number provided to you to recover the package.
We do not give any refunds if you are not able to receive the package shipped to the wrong address. If any package is returned to us by the post office, we can ship the package to any other shipping address provided by the customer by charging additional shipping expenses. If the customer wants to cancel the order after the package is returned to us, we will refund the amount after deducting actual shipping & handling charges (not flat rate charges $1.99) and restocking fee of $1 per item.

Credit Card Authorization and Charge Policy
Orders will be processed and shipped pending credit card authorization.
When you place an order, Bhavanidvd will pre-authorize your credit card to ensure the funds are available.
Pre-authorization charges may appear as if you have been charged. With some credit cards, the funds become unavailable, but the account is not debited until the order ships.
If the order is canceled for any reason, the time it takes for the hold on your funds to be released depends on the issuer of the card (usually 2-5 business days).

Product Availability
We always try to ship your order completely. Sometimes, an item becomes unavailable. If this happens while we are processing your order, we will let you know by sending you an email. We wont automatically make substitutions to your order.
We will cancel the item on your order form, we wont charge your credit card for it, and we will still deliver the rest of your order.

BhavaniDVD Returns Policy
If you wish to return an item (DVD or DVD’s) for a full refund or replacement, you must do so within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please ensure that any item returned is not damaged in any way. Do not alter or mutilate (e.g. tear up or write "Void"/ "Cancel", “Bad”, etc.) any item you wish to return. We will not reimburse you for or replace such items. Also, we reimburse or accept returns only for unopended DVDs unless the disk are at fault. When disks are at fault another DVD of same title will be replaced. Any unopened products may be returned for a refund. Shipping charges and one dollar restocking fee per item will be deducted and the rest will be refunded. All items to be returned must be sent to Us by "Certified" mail to the following address, stating your name, address and proof of purchase:

If you do not return the items through "Certified" mail, We cannot guarantee receipt, and therefore, We cannot guarantee refund or replacement of the items. Shipping charges for the return shipment will be paid by the customer and we do not reimburse those expenses.
