The  story is set on the backdrop of a small hamlet in Andhra Pradesh. Here lives Narasimha (suniel), a farmhouse laborer. His sole aim for existence is to ensure that his kids get due education and go to school but he doesn't have enough money for that. However, situations land him in the middle of the naxalites and what starts as a role of cook for him eventually transforms him into a naxalite as well. He comes across a lady naxalite (sameera) who was gangraped, an intellectual (makrand) and others. What happens after that forms the rest of the story.
