Fr. Sunny(Kunchacko Boban) has entered into a church as the new priest there. That was his first posting as a priest. He then befriended with Sister Sophie (Mia) who is an orphan. A person named Valiyaveettil Vaavachan (Hareesh Peradi) is the richest person of the place and owns a medical college. His son (Krishna Kumar) is the one in charge of the hospital. The church, which has an old age home associated with, is being taken care by Vaavachan. Soon after he started facing problems in the medical college in the form of the scarcity of dead bodies for the medical practice of students. 

 

For solving this problem, Vaavachan has created an idea that leads to the main twist of the story. Also there is yet another important character Anumol (Shalin) who is part of the choir group and also is the daughter of Kuzhimattom Jose (Nandu). Anumol got the chance to study nursing with the help of Fr. Sunny. But that journey eventually has led her to a tragedy. That problems popped up when some issues took place in the life of Fr. Sunny and Sophia.
