An unusual tale, the story begins with Raja Ravi Varma (santosh) who is currently on an exile and has turned into a rebel. The reason for that is the killing of his model girl due to certain misconceptions of his relatives. Soon, Raja goes to Mumbai and gets into paintings of gods. In no time, he joins hands with Makhanji (jagathy) his business partner and does some good business. Also, he gets drawn to Sugantha Bai. Meanwhile, his wife Bhagirathy (lekshmy sharma) is craving for Raja's attention. There is also another tale which is about Pururavas (santosh) and Urvashi (karthika). How all this culminates forms the rest of the story.
