There's a lot going for Besharam; the maker who gave cine buffs their much loved character Chulbul Pandey (Salman Khan), Abhinav Kashyap being at the helm of affairs, Ranbir Kapoor, who is in top form, playing the lead and the evergreen pair Rishi Kapoor - Neetu Singh playing couple oncreen. Given the team, one expects fireworks onscreen with Besharam

Babli (Ranbir Kapoor) is a talented mechanic by the day and an unabashed thief by the night who doesn't give two hoots about stealing cars of people and then either breaking them down into parts or selling them in entirety to dealers of stolen cars. Life is good till he stumbles upon love in the name of Tara Sharma (Pallavi Sharda). Little does he know that the girl he is wooing also happens to be the owner of a red Mercedes he has stolen and sold off to a goon (Jaaved Jaffery). Now while he is trying to undo his untoward act by stealing, this time for good, back the car from the goon, he finds himself caught between the goon and cops Chulbul Chautala (Rishi Kapoor) and wife Bulbul Chautala (Neetu Singh).
