Two friends Chabbi (Jaswinder Bhalla) and Paanna (B.N. Sharma) have just come out of the jail and are looking to start their life from the scratch. With the aide of their jailmate Bhinda (Rana Jung Bahadur), they start a new business based on the idea "Marriage da Garriage." 

 

And their first assignment is to help Raj (Navraj Hans) who wants to get married to Simran (Keeya Khanna) but is having problem with the conditions set by his would be Father-in-law Baldev Singh (Shakti Kapoor) and Sheela Bua (Upasna Singh) for the wedding.
