An 'aatmalingam' in the Himayalayas gets a divine powers once in every 72 years, as the 'aakaSaganga' flows on the 'aatmalingam' on one particular day. Those who drink that divine water will live young forever. So as usual a baddie (Bhupender Singh who later becomes Tinu Anand in the later part of the movie, as he gets older) wants to drink the water and become immortal. But he fails in his first attempt and also loses his arm.

A professor researches about all this and writes that information in a red diary, and posts it to a research student Swapna (Namrata) who comes to India in search of her professor. Swapna realizes the death of her professor as she comes to India. She takes the help of Anji (Chiranjeevi), who raises orphan kids, in her mission, and how the baddies are eliminated and harmony is restored is the rest of the story.
