Chinni (Srikanth) and Kiran (Sai Kiran) are thick friends. Chinni Krishna injures a lady pedestrian in an accident with his car. Kiran, who happened to pass by that area, rescues her by admitting in a hospital. A beautiful girl Hema (Shaheen) is her niece. After coming to know that Kiran has rescued her aunt, she calls up Kiran and thanks him. Over the phone calls, they start liking each other. Incidentally, Chinni realizes that Hema is the same girl with whom he had fallen in love at first sight. He decides to foil Kiran's attempts to meet Hema. The rest of the film struggles around this point of Chinni playing spoilsport in the love between Hema and Kiran, who meets each other physically at the end of the film.
