In Ghost house Inn revolves around a huge bungalow brought by Thomaskutty in Ooty with the money that he got from the climax of 2 Harihar Nagar. He plans to make it a resort, but it seems to be a haunted place and the people living there believes that there a ghost of a lady who was killed 70 years before and will attack everyone who purchase the bungalow.

The four friends come together to this bungalow to prove that there is no ghost there. But to their bad luck they find that even they were wrong. How they face the problems from the ghost forms the basic plot with as usual humour scenes and witty dialogues.
