A formula tale, the story is set on the backdrop of Kochi and here comes the tough and honest IAS officer Avinash Varma (suresh) to lock horns with the land mafia. This is led by the real estate baron Williams (anil adityan) and he has strong support from the irrigation minister (kalasala babu), police commissioner George Mathew (baburaj), Mayor (mohini). However, Avinash manages to arrest Williams and in a twist of events, Williams dies. This brings his brother Christopher (rajeev) into the scene and what happens from there forms the rest of the story.
