When Chinna Durai (Subhash) wins Rekla race unexpectedly, he is summoned by the village head for revenge. Reason? The village supplies bull (for the race) to all neighboring areas and he always makes sure that his bull wins the race. But soon the village head finds out that Chinna Durai considers him as his idol and this leads to a friendship between the two. The village head offers a job to Chinna Durai and soon he wins the trust of everyone there except the village head's wife. When Jayashree (Soundhariya), village head's daughter, returns to the village after completing her studies in Bangalore, she falls in love with Chinna Durai. When we all think that the village head will never approves this relationship there is a twist to the story.
