Dileep (Padmanabhan) plays a village youth who supplies men to political parties for processions irrespective of parties. Something happens in his life one day and he picks up his values and decides to clean up the mess around! 

 

In the process, Padmanabhan meets a business tycoon with hidden agendas, gets beaten by the cops and ultimately ends up as a mayor of the city. The rest of the story revolves around how Padmanabhan cleans up the city.
